Allows you to name an agent to handle your financial affairs if you unable to do so yourself.
Florida Designation of Health Care Surrogate
Allows you to name a health care surrogate to make medical decisions for you if you are unable to do so yourself.
Florida Living Will
This document is for use during your lifetime. IIt tells your health care surrogate what your wishes are if you are unable to do so yourself.
HIPAA Waiver
Allows your health care surrogate access to your medical records.
Deeds - Deed to Trust, Lady Bird Deeds, Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship, and Quit Claim Dee
Deeds can be used in estate planning to avoid probate when you own real property.
